SunOS

SunOS was the UNIX-based operating system for Scalable Processor Architecture-based workstations and servers from Sun Microsystems. SunOS was based on BSD. SunOS was replaced by Solaris in 1992. 

Sun Microsystems continued shipping SunOS until the end of 1998. Support for SunOS ended in 2003.
