SeeBeyond

SeeBeyond makes integration server software for enterprises and was a pioneer in marketing an enterprise application integration (EAI) product. An integration server allows a company to mix packaged applications, custom software, and legacy programs together at the same time on a network. SeeBeyond bases their E-Business Integration Suite on the message-bus model, which connects the different applications to a common backbone. Application adapters must be installed on all integrated applications before they can connect to the backbone. SeeBeyond competes with Tibco, Vitria, and webMethods among others.
