Dilbert is a cartoon strip about the workplace that has a wide following among millions of corporate and other workers in the United States. It is widely clipped and posted on walls and doors. When not drawing or thinking, its creator, Scott Adams follows the lecture circuit where, according to Newsweek , "he is treated like a rock star."
