AMSI

AMSI is part of Infor Global Solutions and provides software solutions for construction management and property management.

AMSI sells six software packages -- StarBuilder, Chameleon, Vision Reporting, ProEst, Endeavor, and The Construction Manager: Construction Professional Edition -- and offers customers the option of purchasing customized solutions to address specific goals and needs.

StarBuilder is a construction accounting software solution that allows users to control functions such as payroll, cash flow management, and customized financial statements.

Chameleon allows users to scan documents and store information electronically, which allows for invoice control and document routing.

Vision Reporting is a reporting and analysis application for StarBuilder that allows users to view data from StarBuilder in real-time, and uses an interface similar to those from the Microsoft Office suite.

AMSI’s construction estimating software solution is ProEst. When generating estimates this program allows users to use a standard template or a previous estimate. It also offers specialized estimating for general, electrical and mechanical contractors.

Endeavor, AMSI’s construction project management software, allows users to track submittals and transmittals, schedule updates and submit requests for information.

Finally, the Construction Manager is a solution that is designed for company-wide use and allows contractors to control job costs.
