Sage Timberline Office

Sage Timberline Office is Sage Software Inc.'s integrated financial and operations software. Designed to combine construction management with real estate management, Sage Timberline Office performs functions relevant to accounting, estimating, procurement, production management, property management, reporting and service management. Considering this, Timberline is one central, single source of control useful for firms such as commercial and industrial contractors, real estate managers and developers, residential builders, and electrical and mechanical contractors.

The recent addition of Sage Timberline Office, version 9.4, includes features such as a database builder wizard, extended file sizes, a CM reconciliation report, dashboard display improvements and accounts payable integration.

System requirements for a server include a 1.8 GHz processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, 600 MB for accounting and management products, and 10-100 GB for document management.
Requirements for a workstation include an 800MHz processor, 256 MB of RAM, 295 MB for accounting and management products, and 500 MB-1GB for document management. In addition, both the server and workstation editions require 260 MB for estimating products, 580 MB for residential management and an operating system supported by Windows 2000 or higher. Additional requirements vary depending on specific software applications.
