CBZ File Format
Comic book or paperback ZIP file (decompress with WinZip or similar program)
CBZ is a compressed file format made popular by CDisplay. CBZ file format is usually used for displaying and reading comic books and paperback books. CBZ is similar to .ZIP, and can be made into a compressed archive using .ZIP compressing. Decompressing the files can be done by using a file decompression utility. CBZ files are very similar to .CBR files, the only difference being that .CBR files are compressed using .RAR compressing. CBZ files contain either .PNG or .JPEG image files which can be arranged and shown in page order. If a .CBZ file is decompressed, many of the image files may be placed out of order.
