Game data file

BAR is a file extension for a game data file used with Age of Mythology and Age of Empires 3. BAR files contain game data such as music, textures, sounds, models and maps. BAR files can be opened by Vachu’s BarExplorer.

The BAR file extension is also associated with dBase Application Generator Horizontal menu object files.
