CSC is a file extension for a script file used with CorelDRAW. CSC stands for Corel SCript. CSC files contain CorelSCRIPT which can be used to automate your tasks within CorelDRAW.  CSC files can be used with any program that supports OLE (object linking and embedding) automation to automate tasks within the application. CSC files can be opened with a text editor.
