Visual Basic User control binary file

CTX is a file extension for a control binary file used with Visual Basic. CTX files contain images and binary data. CTX files correspond to a Visual Basic CTL file, which is used to contain the text or non-binary data information. CTX files can be opened and edited with Microsoft Visual Studio.
