DMS File Format

Compressed Archive (Amiga DISKMASHER)

DMS is a file extension for compressed archive file format used by Amiga DISKMASHER. DMS were often used to contain disk images and can use copy protection.

DMS files are more often used with Amiga emulators than actual Amiga computers. See also ADF, a related competing file format.
