International Color Consortium profile file

ICC is a settings file format developed by the International Color Consortium. ICC files are used to translate color data and settings from software to a device, such as a monitor or a printer, and vise versa. ICC files contain profiles for the colors, which allows for colors represented in one area to translate into the same color in another. These color profiles are used by many image-editing programs, such as Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
