Interchange format (Adobe FrameMaker)

MIF is a file extension for an interchange format file format used by Adobe FrameMaker. MIF files contain representations of the text, graphics formatting and layout construction in grouped ASCII statements. Due to its text nature, an MIF file can be read and parsed easily.

MIME type: application/vnd.mif, application/x-framemaker, application/x-maker, application/x-mif
