Part file (Pro/Engineer)
PRT is a part or model file format used by PTC Pro/Engineer. PTC Pro/Engineer is a CAD program which creates design parts and assembly processes. PRT files are used to hold 3-D model information and part structure. PRT files can be combined with other files in an .ASM file, which stands for assembly file.
