Password list file for Windows
PWL is a file extension for a Windows password list file.
A PWL file contains user log-in information, as well as network access passwords for Windows. Each file, which is encrypted and stored in the Windows directory, can hold up to 255 passwords; they’re used for retrieving data when users check the "Remember Password" option.
