Digital certificate file
SPC is a file extension for a digital certificate file used on the World Wide Web. SPC files are created by Public-Key Cryptography Standards software. SPC files contain a digital signature that is used to authenticate downloaded files and other information on the World Wide Web. SPC files can be read and used by a web browser. SPC files can be created using OpenSSL or Microsoft's .NET Framework File Signing Tool.
