The SPR file extension is associated with a FoxPro database executable wrapper file. FoxPro (formerly FoxBASE and now Visual FoxPro) is a Microsoft relational database program.

A file with the SPR extension includes the "DO FORM" command that runs the screen code. The code is  generated from information in a FoxPro form (.SCX) file.

Visual FoxPro can open files with the SPR extension.

The SPR file extension is also associated with Sprint document letter files and Sprite image layering and resizing files.
