STD is a file extension for a template file used by OpenOffice.org Draw. STD stands for Staroffice Template Drawing. STD files contain vector graphics, and can be used as a template to create new drawing files. STD files can be opened by OpenOffice.org Draw and Open Office Draw, which is a successor to StarOffice. STD files have been replaced by .OTG files, which support the OpenOffice document format for storing vector graphics.

MIME type: application/vnd.sun.xml.draw.template

The STD file extension is also associated with Prosa state transition diagram graphic files and LocoScript standard script files.
