TGL File Format

Totally Games Localization file used in gaming software.

TGL stands for ‘Totally Games Localization’ and is used by Totally Games gaming software titles such as Secret Weapons Over Normandy. 

The mission editor generates and uses TGL files to store information in the form: ID -> String -> Speaker. ID is a unique identifier. String is what the unique identifier is about or saying. Speaker is the entity that optionally is saying the String.
