WEB is a file extension for a website source code file format. BlackWidow software from SoftByte Laboratories uses the WEB file format for its website description files. BlackWidow is a shareware program that can be used to scan, map, download or mirror a website. 

The WEB file extension is also used by Web document files in Corel Xara
