Nice post. I think it's a great place to direct entry level IT pros to get much needed help. Will have to bookmark it for future posting.

The programming side of things looks to be a bit Microsoft and .NET centric. Would be nice to see some additional languages in that list such as Ruby, Python or Haskell :).
