Facebook page

A Facebook page is a public profile specifically created for businesses, brands, celebrities, causes, and other organizations. Unlike personal profiles, pages do not gain "friends," but "fans" - which are people who choose to "like" a page. Pages can gain an unlimited number of fans, differing from personal profiles, which has had a 5,000 friend maximum put on it by Facebook. Pages work similarly to profiles, updating users with things such as statuses, links, events, photos and videos. This information appears on the page itself, as well as in its fans' personal news feeds.

I have a Facebook page that I personally self-converted to being a Democrat Page, where Democrat friends can visit to learn the latest news and other information on the Democrat Party.  The page has been a Democrat page for more than a year and presently has more than 4500 friends on the page .  I have recently been blocked several times by Facebook after I post more than 15-20 posts-- not near enough posts to keep friends updated on the latest news.
Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can save and improve the present page to again be as effective as before.
