MphasiS (BSE: MPHASIS) is an IT services company that provides application,  infrastructure and business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

A CMM Level 5 company, MphasiS has offices in 14 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Founded in 1998 by Jaithirth Rao and Jeroen Tas, MphasiS Corp. was acquired by Hewlett-Packard (HP) in the year 2008. It functions as an HP company today.
