Data file (EZ-Forms)

The DTA file extension is primarily associated with data files used by a number of applications. DTA data files are used by EZ-Forms data files, for creating and printing a variety of forms.

Other associations for DTA files include:

• IWIS Chain Engineering, an automobile drive chain calculation program in which DTA files hold the data used to calculate drive chain specifications;

• Stata data analysis software, where DTA files contain saved datasets;

• The World Bank’s STARS data retrieval system, WIN*STARS v5.0;

• Turbo Pascal software development environment.
